Eligibility and purchases

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

Product information

Product information is provided for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified veterinarian regarding your dog’s individual needs.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices, availability, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown during checkout. We may update product availability or correct unintentional pricing or product-description errors before processing an order.

Subscribe & Save

Subscribe & Save orders receive a 10% discount on the regular product price and renew on the schedule selected at checkout. Shipping and taxes may apply. If a recurring price changes materially, we will provide notice as required by applicable law before the updated amount is charged.

You may cancel a subscription by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and branding, is owned by or used with permission by Pinnacle Canine Sciences, LLC. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Disclaimers and limitations

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the website and products are provided without warranties other than those expressly stated. Pinnacle Canine Sciences, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any claim must be brought in the state courts located in Volusia County, Florida or, where applicable, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
