U.S. shipping

We currently ship orders within the United States only.

• One-time orders under $50: $6.99 shipping.
• One-time orders $50 or more: Free shipping.
• Subscribe & Save recurring subtotal under $50: $6.99 shipping on the initial subscription invoice and each renewal.
• Subscribe & Save recurring subtotal $50 or more: Free shipping.

Returns

Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Opened or used supplements are not returnable except when there is a product-quality issue. We may request information or photos needed to evaluate a product-quality concern.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Once a return is approved and received or otherwise reviewed as appropriate, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Subscribe & Save cancellations

Canceling Subscribe & Save stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.
